9:30am – Village Hall opens for staging
11:30am – Hall closes to exhibitors
12:00 Noon – Judging Commences
14:30 – Official opening of the show
15:30 – Raffle followed by presentation
16:00 – Close of show and removal of exhibits following by auction of remaining exhibits.
