Media

Where possible permission is sought prior to images being uploaded to the site and embedded location data (EXIF GPS) removed, but visitors to the website may be able to download and extract any location data from images on the website.  If you see an image that you wish to have removed from the website please  <contact us>.

Contact forms

If you contact us using the Contact Us form, the site will collect personal data such as email address and IP address which is stored and kept for customer service purposes only in order to respond to you.  This data may be run through an anti-spam detection program but will not be kept for marketing purposes.
